When you are busy it can be easy to forget to eat until later in the day.
It is important to take time for yourself to sit down and eat something healthy.

I find that if I don’t eat I am a lot more grumpy. I try to have a good breakfast and snack to start my day which keeps me full until lunch.
3. Family Time Out
Sometimes you just have to put the whole family on time out. What does this mean?
It means you get everyone to take 20 minutes of quiet time each day.
They can read a book, listen to music with headphones, or just take some time to relax. It can help you as a parent have some quiet time to take a minute and relax.
