Gather all ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 400.
Next, remove the chicken drumsticks from the package and either place them in a bowl or a gallon-sized sandwich bag. Season with salt and pepper.
Line a greased baking sheet with tin foil. Place the chicken on the baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the oven and flip the chicken drumsticks over. Continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
Switch to broil for 2-3 minutes making sure to check that the top of the chicken doesn’t burn or dry out.
Check the chicken drumsticks to see if they are cooked with either a thermometer or poking it with a knife to see if the juices run clear.
Now, you will make the honey garlic sauce. In a large pot add water, honey, minced garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, beef broth, parsley, and rosemary. Mix everything together well. Then add flour and whisk around to mix into the sauce
Bring the sauce to a boil and then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 1 minute. Stirring occasionally. When the sauce is warm add the chicken drumsticks to the sauce and stir around. Pour the sauce on the chicken.
Add additional spices if needed.
Your dish is now ready to enjoy.
