Gather all the ingredients needed.
Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel.
Season the chicken thighs with 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat a large frying pan with oil.
Add the chicken thighs to the frying pan and cook for 5-9 minutes(depending on the size of the chicken thighs) and then flip them over and cook for an additional 5-9 minutes on the other side.
While the chicken thighs are cooking you can prepare the mushroom sauce.
Open the can of mushroom soup and pour it into a bowl. Next, add the water and stir around well mixing everything together. Set aside to use later.
When the chicken thighs are done cooking remove them from the frying pan and place them on a plate.
Using the same frying pan add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute
Then pour the mushroom sauce into the frying pan. Add mushrooms, rosemary, parsley, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Stir around well.
Add parmesan cheese and stir.
Bring the sauce to a boil and then turn down the heat to low. Put the chicken thighs back into the frying pan. Let the sauce simmer for 2 minutes. Spoon the sauce over the chicken thighs.
Your dish is now ready to enjoy.
