Sauteed Mushrooms
Sauteed mushrooms are a great side dish to enjoy that goes well with a variety of different foods. This recipe is easy to make and full of flavors.

- 1 8 oz Baby Bella Sliced Mushrooms
- 2 Teaspoons Butter
- 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 2 Teaspoons Parsley Flakes
- 2 Teaspoons Cilantro Flakes
- 2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Gather all the ingredients you need. Wash your mushrooms and drain off all the water.
Heat a pan on medium heat add olive oil and butter to the pan.
Add the mushroom to the pan. Let them cook for 3-5 minutes without stirring.
Next you will add the Montreal steak seasoning, cilantro flakes, parsley flakes, and minced garlic. Stir the mushrooms around to combine the spices.
Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the mushrooms are cooked.
Taste the mushrooms and then season with additional salt and pepper if you prefer.

- I used baby bella sliced mushrooms for this recipe. You can also use whole mushroom’s and then you can cut them into slices.
- Add the garlic when you add the spices so they do not burn.
- To make this recipe spicy add 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
