Sauteed Mushrooms

Sauteed mushrooms are a great side dish to enjoy that goes well with a variety of different foods. This recipe is easy to make and full of flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz Baby Bella Sliced Mushrooms
  • 2 Teaspoons Butter
  • 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 2 Teaspoons Parsley Flakes
  • 2 Teaspoons Cilantro Flakes
  • 2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients you need. Wash your mushrooms and drain off all the water.
  • Heat a pan on medium heat add olive oil and butter to the pan.
  • Add the mushroom to the pan. Let them cook for 3-5 minutes without stirring.
  • Next you will add the Montreal steak seasoning, cilantro flakes, parsley flakes, and minced garlic. Stir the mushrooms around to combine the spices.
  • Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the mushrooms are cooked.
  • Taste the mushrooms and then season with additional salt and pepper if you prefer.
  • Enjoy!!

Notes

  • I used baby bella sliced mushrooms for this recipe. You can also use whole mushroom’s and then you can cut them into slices.
  • Add the garlic when you add the spices so they do not burn.
  • To make this recipe spicy add 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
