Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 Teaspoons Parsley Flakes
  • 2 Teaspoons Cilantro Flakes
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • The first thing you need to do is gather all your ingredients so that you have everything close by.
  • In a bowl add all the ingredients soy sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, parsley flakes, cilantro flakes, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  • Whisk all the ingredients together.
  • Place the pork chops in a bowl or plastic zip-lock gallon bag.
  • Pour the marinade over them.
  • Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours to overnight.
  • If you use plastic bags, I like to flip the pork chops occasionally to get the flavors in there
  • You can do the same thing if you use a bowl, stir the pork chops around once in a while.

Notes

  • Marinate the pork chops for a minimum of 2 hours. The longer you marinate the better as this will enhance the flavors.
  • After removing the pork chops from the refrigerator after marinating them. Let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Also, let the pork chops rest for 3- 10 minutes before cutting into them.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check when your pork chops are done cooking. You don’t want to overcook or undercook the pork chops.
