The first thing you need to do is gather all your ingredients so that you have everything close by.
In a bowl add all the ingredients soy sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, parsley flakes, cilantro flakes, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Whisk all the ingredients together.
Place the pork chops in a bowl or plastic zip-lock gallon bag.
Pour the marinade over them.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours to overnight.
If you use plastic bags, I like to flip the pork chops occasionally to get the flavors in there
You can do the same thing if you use a bowl, stir the pork chops around once in a while.
