Gather all the ingredients.
Cut onions into small pieces. In a bowl whisk the eggs together. Set aside to use later.
Add oil to a pan or wok and heat. Then add peas, carrots, onions, and minced garlic. Cook until they are tender.
Move onion, peas, carrots to one side of the pan. Add oil and eggs to the other side of the pan and then scramble the eggs. Once done cooking mix all the ingredients together.
Add the rice to the pan and stir together. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix everything together.
Cook until everything is heated.
Taste and add extra sauce or seasonings if needed.
Sprinkle green onions on top.
