Enjoy this delicious Pineapple Plum Spring Salad. This salad is loaded with pineapples, plums, shredded carrots, red peppers, shredded purple cabbage(also referred to as red cabbage) and raisins. Topped with cheddar cheese and Italian dressing.

  • 5 oz 50/50 Mix Salad
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 cup red peppers
  • 1/4 cup red cabbage
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup dried plums
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 5 teaspoon Italian Dressing
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese


  • Prepare your ingredients. Cut up red pepper and cabbage into small thin pieces. Grater or shred 1 carrot. Cut dried plums into smaller pieces. Open can of crushed pineapple and drain some of the juice. Set aside all ingredients.
  • Open bag of 50/50 mix salad and place in a bowl

  • Add cabbage, red pepper to the salad and stir around
  • Add in crushed pineapple, dried plums, raisins, and mix around
  • Sprinkle brown sugar around salad and add Italian dressing and stir around.
  • Add carrots and shredded cheese on top


You can decorate this salad by placing pineapple slices around the bowl.
Add more or less Italian dressing depending on your taste.
