Easy Hot Dog Veggie Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Package Rotini Noodles (12 oz)
  • 2 Cups California Style Vegtables
  • 1 Package Hot Dogs
  • 1 24 oz Pasta Sauce
  • 1 Cup Red pepper
  • 1 Can Sweet Peas
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Cut up red pepper into small pieces and set aside.
  • Fill a pot with water with a little salt and bring to a boil.
  • Add hot dogs to a second pot filled with water and bring to a boil.
  • When your first pot of water is boiled add 1/2 package of pasta noodles and 2 cups of vegetables and stir. Cook for about 9 minutes.
  • Remove hot dogs from the stove when boiled drain water and let them cool down a bit. Then cut into small pieces and set aside.
  • When pasta and vegetables are done cooking drain water out.
  • Open can of peas and corn and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes.
  • Now add pasta sauce to your noodles and vegetables and stir around on medium heat to heat up the pasta sauce.
  • Add red pepper, corn, and peas and stir around.
  • Add salt, garlic powder and stir around. You may need to add more salt or garlic powder depending on your taste.
