  • 2 Slices Bread
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Ham Sandwhich Meat
  • 1/4 cup Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Milk


  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Cut ham into small pieces. Set aside.
  • In a bowl add eggs, ham, milk, and cheddar cheese. Whisk eggs, ham and cheese.
  • In a small frying pan add small amount of oil and heat on medium.
  • Add a small amount of your egg mixture to the frying pan.
  • Dip your bread into your egg mixture coating both sides.
  • Place bread in the frying pan on top of eggs.
  • Cook for about 2 minutes.
  • Turn the bread over and continue to cook for 3 minutes or until eggs are not runny.
  • Take out of the frying pan.
  • Repeat with the rest of the bread you want to make.
