Taco Seasoning Mix

Red Pepper

Green Pepper
Instructions
Gather all your ingredients.
Cook white rice.
Cut red pepper and green pepper into small pieces.
Heat frying pan on medium heat with a small amount of oil.
Add ground beef.
Cook for 5 minutes breaking apart the meat with a spatula.
Drain Fat.
Add red and green pepper.
Stir around.
Cook for 5 more minutes or until there is no pink remaining in the meat.
Add 1 1/2 cups of water.
Add 2 packages of taco seasoning mix and stir around into meat.
Bring to a boil.
Then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from the stove when done.
Place rice on a plate or bowl.
Add ground beef to the top.
Add cheddar cheese on top.
Microwave for 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
