Ingredients

  • 2 16 oz Ground Beef
  • 4 cups White Rice
  • 1 8 oz Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Packages Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1/2 cup Red Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Green Pepper

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Cook white rice.
  • Cut red pepper and green pepper into small pieces.
  • Heat frying pan on medium heat with a small amount of oil.
  • Add ground beef.
  • Cook for 5 minutes breaking apart the meat with a spatula.
  • Drain Fat.
  • Add red and green pepper.
  • Stir around.
  • Cook for 5 more minutes or until there is no pink remaining in the meat.
  • Add 1 1/2 cups of water.
  • Add 2 packages of taco seasoning mix and stir around into meat.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from the stove when done.
  • Place rice on a plate or bowl.
  • Add ground beef to the top.
  • Add cheddar cheese on top.
  • Microwave for 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
  • Enjoy!!
