Easy Homemade Alfredo Sauce Recipe

- 2 Teaspoons Butter
- 2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1 1/2 Cups Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Teaspoons Cilantro
In a bowl add heavy cream, coconut milk, salt and curry powder.
Whisk well.
In a large saucepan melt butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and stir around for 30 seconds to let the garlic cook.
Then add your bowl mixture and stir around well for about 2 minutes.
Next add the Parmesan cheese stirring frequently until melted and the sauce is smooth.
Pour it on top of your favorite pasta noodles.
Add cilantro on top.
Storage: Store Alfredo sauce in a jar with a lid in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days. You can freeze Alfredo sauce for later.
Reheat: If you do reheat Alfredo sauce do it slowly. Heat on low stirring frequently. I don't recommend heating in the microwave, but if you do I would heat in 30 second intervals checking often.
