Ingredients

  • 2 15 oz Cans Golden Sweet Corn
  • 2 Sticks Celery
  • 1/4 Cup Red Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Green Pepper
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 2 Packages 1 oz Raisins
  • 2 Packages 1 oz Cranberries
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Teaspoons Honey

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients needed.
  • Then prep all your ingredients. Cut onion, green, red peppers, and celery into small pieces.
  • Open cans of corn and drain out the water. Set aside.
  • Heat a large frying pan with a small amount of oil.
  • Next, add onions and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Then add celery, red and green peppers. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add corn, raisins, cranberries, garlic powder, and salt. Stir around.
  • Add honey and stir in well.
  • Cook for 6 minutes or until done. Stirring occasionally.
