Gather all the ingredients needed.
Then prep all your ingredients. Cut onion, green, red peppers, and celery into small pieces.
Open cans of corn and drain out the water. Set aside.
Heat a large frying pan with a small amount of oil.
Next, add onions and cook for 2 minutes.
Then add celery, red and green peppers. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add corn, raisins, cranberries, garlic powder, and salt. Stir around.
Add honey and stir in well.
Cook for 6 minutes or until done. Stirring occasionally.
