The first step to freezing apple slices is to wash the apples.
Then you will peel and core the apple.
Next, you will slice the apples to the size that you want them.
Fill a bowl with 2 cups of water and 3 teaspoons of lemon juice.
Place the apples in the water mixture and soak for 5-6 minutes.
After the time is done, drain the water and let it dry out for a bit.
Then you will line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the apples on the baking sheet.
Next, you will place them in the freezer and freeze for 5 hours or overnight.
Once they are frozen you will transfer them to an airtight container or freezer bags and place them in the freezer.
