Gather all the ingredients you need.
Fill a large pot with water and salt. Bring to a boil.
Add spaghetti to the water. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
Now you will make the spinach sauce.
Open the can of spinach and drain all the water out. Set Aside
Then open a can of coconut milk and set it aside to use later.
Next, heat a frying pan with oil. Add minced garlic. Sautee for a minute stirring frequently. You don’t want the garlic to burn.
Add the spinach to the frying pan and stir around. Cook for 2-3 minutes
Now add the coconut milk to the frying pan and stir everything together. Add salt. Cook for an additional 2- 5 minutes until the sauce is heated.
Fill a plate with spaghetti and top it with the spinach sauce. Now your dish is ready to enjoy.
