Ingredients

  • 12 Oz. Package Broccoli Florets
  • 1 Small Piece of Ginger (1 Teaspoon)
  • 2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1 Teaspoon Parsley
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 Tablespoons Water
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Cut the ginger into small pieces.
  • Heat a large frying pan with oil.
  • Add the ginger and minced garlic to the frying pan. Stir around and cook for 1 minute. Don’t burn the garlic.
  • Next, you will add the broccoli to the frying pan and stir around.
  • Now add the rosemary, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix everything together. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and stir around. Cook for 4 minutes.
  • Next add the 4 tablespoons of water to the frying pan. Cover with a lid and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of the broccoli. You can also add additional salt if needed.
  • Your dish is now ready to enjoy.

Notes

Storing Instructions

Refrigerator: Store in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
Freezer: You can freeze the cooked broccoli to eat later. Freeze in freezer-safe bags or containers for up to 2 months.
