Gather all your ingredients.
Cut the ginger into small pieces.
Heat a large frying pan with oil.
Add the ginger and minced garlic to the frying pan. Stir around and cook for 1 minute. Don’t burn the garlic.
Next, you will add the broccoli to the frying pan and stir around.
Now add the rosemary, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix everything together. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and stir around. Cook for 4 minutes.
Next add the 4 tablespoons of water to the frying pan. Cover with a lid and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of the broccoli. You can also add additional salt if needed.
