Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Aunt Jemima Orginal Pancake Mix
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • 2 Mashed Bananas
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • Pancake Syrup
  • Strawberries for topping

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • In a small bowl crack the eggs and whisk well.
  • Then you will mash the bananas.
  • After you have finished mashing the bananas, you will get another bowl and add the pancake mix, bananas, milk, vanilla, eggs, and oil.
  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Heat a frying pan on medium heat.
  • Pour a small portion of the batter into the frying pan.
  • When you see bubbles forming in the pancakes and they pop then you can flip it over.
  • Cook on each side until brown.
  • Remove from the frying pan and place on a plate.
  • Continue making more pancakes until your batter is finished.
  • Top with syrup and fruit if you prefer.

Notes

Tips

  • Don’t overmix the batter. Doing so can make your pancakes tough.
  • Let the batter rest for a few minutes before adding to the frying pan.
  • Make your pancakes smaller in size, so that they are easier to flip.
  • If you have an old box of pancake mix that has been sitting for a while, it would be best to add some extra baking powder to it. This will ensure that your pancakes don’t turn out flat.
