If you have an unopened sealed package of deli meat you can wrap it in an extra layer of aluminum foil or place it in an airtight freezer bag.
Remove all the air out of the bag and then freeze.
Remember to label with the name and date. Freeze for up to 2 months.
If you are freezing deli meat that is opened you will want to place the meat individually on wax paper.
Stack them on top of each other and then put them in an airtight freezer bag.
Once again remove all the air from the bag and seal it. Label with the name and date and then place the meat in the freezer. Freeze for up to 2 months.
Notes
Remove all the air out of your freezer bag before freezing. Label with the name and date so you can remember when you froze them.
