How To Freeze Rhubarb
- Cut and remove the leaves from the rhubarb.
- Wash the rhubarb well. Pat dry with a towel.
- Cut the ends off and then cut into small pieces.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the rhubarb on it. Place in the freezer and freeze for 2-5 hours.
- Remove the baking sheet from the freezer and transfer the rhubarb pieces to a freezer bag or air-tight container. Make sure to remove as much air as possible from the bag before closing.
- Label with the name and date and then freeze.
