- Don’t overcook the pasta.
- If you want your pasta to be really juicy you can add another bottle of pasta sauce.
- Don’t drain all the water out leaving a little bit to add with the pasta sauce.
- If you like cheese on your pasta you can always put it in a bowl add cheese on top and melt in the microwave.

- 1 package of rotini noodles
- 1 bag of California style vegetables
- 1 package of hot dogs
- 1 Pasta Sauce ( I used the Tomato, Onion, and Garlic Pasta Sauce)
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Can Sweet Peas
- 1 Can of Corn
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
How Do I Prepare Hot Dog Veggie Pasta
- Gather all your ingredients.
- Cut up red pepper into small pieces and set aside.
- Fill a pot with water with a little salt and bring to a boil.
- Add hot dogs to a second pot filled with water and bring to a boil.
- When your first pot of water is boiled add 1/2 package of pasta noodles and 2 cups of vegetables and stir. Cook for about 9 minutes.
- Remove hot dogs from the stove when boiled drain water and let them cool down a bit. Then cut into small pieces and set aside.
- When pasta and vegetables are done cooking drain water out.
- Open a can of peas and corn and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes.
- Now add pasta sauce to your noodles and vegetables and stir around on medium heat to heat up the pasta sauce.
- Add red pepper, corn, and peas and stir around.
- Add salt, garlic powder and stir around. You may need to add more salt or garlic powder depending on your taste.
