- 3-packages of Farmhouse Brown & Wild Rice With Garden Vegetables
- 1 Package of Brown Sugar and Honey Breakfast Sausage
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Onion
- Garlic Powder
- Butter
How Do You Prepare Wild Brown Rice Sausage
- Gather all your ingredients.
- In a large pot add water, rice, seasoning mix, and butter. (Follow stove top directions on the package). Do not cover the pot. Stir around.
- Heat water to a boil stirring occasionally.
- When water boils lower heat to the low setting and cover the pot. Let it simmer for about 25 minutes.
- While the rice is cooking cut up red pepper, green pepper, and onions into small pieces and set aside.
- Heat a frying pan and cook sausages for 12-16 minutes or until done.
