Step 4: Next you will add the Montreal steak seasoning, cilantro flakes, parsley flakes, and minced garlic. Stir the mushrooms around to combine the spices.

Step 5: Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the mushrooms are cooked.

Step 6: Taste the mushrooms and then season with additional salt and pepper if you prefer.

  • I used baby bella sliced mushrooms for this recipe. You can also use whole mushroom’s and then you can cut them into slices.
  • Add the garlic when you add the spices so they do not burn.
  • To make this recipe spicy add 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
