How To Meal Prep Fish- Easy Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 6 oz Salmon Fillets
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 1/2 Cup Water
  • 3 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
  • 4 Teaspoons Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 Cups Brown Rice
  • 2 Cups Mixed Vegetables

Instructions

  • Cook Brown Rice and Vegetables
  • Thaw Salmon
  • In a bowl combine soy sauce, water, brown sugar, honey, ginger, and garlic powder. Whisk well.
  • In a plastic bag add salmon and sauce.
  • Marinate for 30 minutes or longer.
  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Place salmon on a baking sheet and cook for 10 minutes or until done.
  • Place rice, vegetables, and salmon in your meal prep containers.
