  • Pat dry fish before placing in the pan if cooking on the stove– Make sure to pat dry the fish before placing it in the frying pan.
  • Cook fish skin side down– It will be crispier and helps avoid overcooking.

  • 4 6 oz Salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 3 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 Cups Brown Rice
  • 2 Cups Mixed Vegetables

Tip- You can leave aside a little extra sauce from your marinade and heat that on the stove to pour over your rice and salmon.
